Before you sign anything

From NIE to Notary

Depending on your circumstances, there may be NIE applications, powers of attorney, banking arrangements, mortgage paperwork and other practicalities to organise before completion.

Then comes the day everyone has been waiting for — signing at the Notary and getting the keys.

And yes, there will probably be an impressive amount of paper involved.
