Buying Property in Ondara
Buying property in Ondara is about much more than finding a house.
It's about discovering one of the Marina Alta's most practical and vibrant places to live.
Perfectly positioned just a few minutes from Dénia, Ondara combines authentic Spanish town life with outstanding everyday convenience. Whether you're looking for a permanent home, a holiday property or an investment, you'll find everything you need close by while still enjoying a genuine local community.
Ondara offers an excellent choice of properties, from traditional townhouses full of character to modern villas, apartments and family homes. Buyers are often surprised by just how much the town has to offer.
At Renvida, we believe buying a home should start with understanding how you want to live. Before recommending properties, we take time to understand your priorities, whether that's schools, healthcare, shopping, restaurants, outdoor living or easy access to the coast.
Our local knowledge extends across Ondara and the surrounding communities including Dénia, Pedreguer, Beniarbeig, El Verger, La Xara and Orba. Because we work here every day, we can help you understand not only the properties available but what everyday life is really like.
Ondara is one of the Marina Alta's best-connected towns. The regional hospital is just minutes away, alongside a large medical centre, excellent sports facilities, Portal de la Marina shopping centre and direct motorway access, making it easy to enjoy everything Costa Blanca North has to offer.
Buying property should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We'll guide you through every stage of the buying process with honest advice, local knowledge and absolutely no pressure.
We believe the best homes aren't always found in the biggest towns—they're found in the places that make everyday life easy.

🔑 The Renvida Local Secret
If you visit Ondara on market day, don't be surprised if finding a parking space takes a little longer...
That's because you've arrived on one of the best days of the week.
Every Thursday morning, Ondara's traditional market fills the streets with stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, clothing, local produce and household goods. It stretches all the way towards El Prado, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the town.
Our office sits right beside the market, so we know from experience...
It's fantastic if you fancy picking up fresh fruit for lunch.
Not quite so brilliant if you're hoping for plenty of daylight in the office!
⭐ Did You Know?
Ondara has one of the most impressive selections of amenities in the Marina Alta. Alongside its traditional old town you'll find the Portal de la Marina shopping centre, cinemas, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, a casino, hotel, an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, excellent sports facilities and a large medical centre, with Dénia Hospital just a few minutes away.
The town also has a peaceful river running through it, complete with a traditional weir where ducks are regular visitors—a lovely reminder that nature still has its place in this bustling community.
❤️ Why We Love Ondara
Ondara has a wonderful balance that's surprisingly difficult to find.
It's traditional without standing still, modern without losing its Spanish character and busy without ever feeling overwhelming.
One minute you're enjoying coffee in the old town, the next you're shopping at Portal de la Marina, meeting friends for sushi, watching a film at the cinema or taking a swim in the Olympic-sized indoor pool.
We also love the beautifully restored bullring, which has become one of the town's cultural landmarks. Throughout the year it hosts concerts, festivals and events, while the café beside it regularly comes alive with Sunday flamenco.
For us, Ondara is one of those places that simply makes everyday life easy.
And that's exactly why so many of our clients fall in love with it.
